Assador Sassoeiros is a neighbourhood churrasqueira in Carcavelos where every cut is grilled over open charcoal flame. The open kitchen is at the heart of the experience — you watch your meat being prepared with care and tradition.
We blend Portuguese grilling mastery with Brazilian-inspired sides: juicy picanha, tender entrecosto, piano de vitela, alongside feijão preto, farofa, and our famous sliced fried potatoes. In summer, the sardines are not to be missed.
